How it works

Common questions

Can I use VoiceQuoting without Stripe? Yes. Skip Stripe Connect during onboarding and record cash, check, or Zelle deposits manually in the dashboard.

What happens when a customer doesn't accept? The quote stays in sent or viewed status until it expires (default 14 days). Expired quotes roll up into a daily digest, and you can revise and re-send anytime.

Does this replace VoiceInvoicing? No. VoiceQuoting issues quotes and deposit receipts; VoiceInvoicing issues formal invoices with reminders and late fees. The bundle gives you both.
